Edine Célestin, photojournalist and human rights activist based in North Carolina, was born in 1984 in Port-au-Prince. Edine is Co-founder of the Haitian collective of photographers, K2D. She regularly collaborates with Haitian and international media. Her work has been showcased in Haiti, France, USA, Mali and the Netherlands.
