Daniela Agostinho

Daniela Agostinho is Assistant Professor at the School of Communication and Culture, Aarhus University. Her research is concerned with visual and archival legacies of colonialism, and more broadly with how art mediates and transforms relationships to power. She is currently conducting the research and curatorial project “Archival Encounters”. She is co-editor of various publications, including Uncertain Archives: Critical Keywords for Big Data (MIT Press, 2021); (W)archives: Archival Imaginaries, War and Contemporary Art (Sternberg Press, 2020); and The Uncertain Image (Routledge, 2019).
