DESCRIPTION:What do you think is worth fighting for?      Conflict is a natural part of life\, but that doesn’t mean it’s always easy. In this workshop\, we will talk about the different types of conflict we might find ourselves engaged in: interpersonal conflicts\, conflicts with archival material\, structural conflicts\, and everything in between.      How do you naturally engage in conflicts? How can relationship dynamics impact your strategy? What are your own limits within a confrontation? How do you find the core issues of a conflict?     Led by James Parnell\, together we will discuss previous fights and explore ways to navigate conflict. We will conclude with a conflict game\, where we will practice actively engaging in a conflict.
